Marrickville Marauders is an approved provider for NSW Active Kids. To use your voucher, please email your voucher and Date of Birth to marrickvillemaraudersfencing@gmail.com. You will then receive a code that you can apply at checkout for any of our membership options.
Registration Options
Beginner Fencer Package
🔼 Click to register for our all-inclusive 8 week introductory program designed for you to give fencing a go! It includes access to two sessions per week across 8 consecutive weeks and also includes equipment. We'll throw in a free Marauders Club t-shirt too! This package includes club membership for the duration of the program.
Note: This package is available to new fencers only and can only be redeemed once.

Full Club Membership
Step 1. Membership Registration
Our Club Membership is a one-off annual cost valid for the current calendar year and payable via our website below. It is a NSW Fencing Association requirement. All fencers must be registered with a local Club before they can attend training sessions. Registration covers your insurance, the use and maintenance of our club equipment, venue access and all the things that keep the club running.

Step 2. Select your Program
At your first session, you'll be asked to fill in a membership form indicating your Program. Members are invoiced quarterly for coaching fees electronically (via email) for our programs.
Training sessions are offered all year round, including during school holidays.
Weekly Fencer Program
Access to one training session per week, including fitness, footwork, drills, individual lessons, supervised bouting and competition coaching. This program is perfect for fencers looking for regular, structured training in a supportive community.

Social Fencer Program
Access to two training sessions per week, including fitness, footwork, drills, individual lessons, supervised bouting and competition coaching. This program is perfect for fencers looking to take their fencing to the next level.

Competitive Fencer Program
Access to specialised individual coaching designed to support competing fencers. The program includes tailored fitness program, personalised lesson progression, competition-focused training and athlete mentoring.
All fencers competing at state, national and/or international level will be considered part of this program.

Step 3. Hire your Fencing Equipment
Visit our equipment hire page to view all our options. Our hire system works on a loan subscription basis so you'll be able to take it home like it's yours!

Marrickville Marauders Fencing Club is a not-for-profit local community organisation and we work hard to keep fencing affordable and accessible to all. Our primary sources of funding include crowd-funding and grant seeking to offset our operating costs.
