Our Fencing Club

Our club sessions at our Marrickville PCYC home is where it all begins. Since 2009, we've hosted two sessions a week where our fencers come together to train, bout, teach and support each other. Whether you're a social or competitive fencer, our club at Marrickville is where you will find a supportive community that will bring the best out of you and help you reach your fencing goals.

School Fencing Programs

Our coaches have taught at both in-school and extra-curricular programs at primary schools and high schools across Sydney. School sport programs are a valuable opportunity for students to experience our tactical and dynamic sport, and Marrickville Marauders is dedicated to providing safe, fun access and quality instruction.

Marauders coaches have raised several Australian School Champion sabre teams and fencers from school programs, and can regularly be found at NSW School Competitions supporting school teams.

Fencing at Events

Fencing is an intimate and exhilarating experience - our event sessions give participants a taste of the game and can include demonstrations, hands-on activities, crash courses and even bouting. We can provide a novel dimension to your program and regularly work with event organisers to ensure the experience suits your event!
